Appointment scheduling: We schedule an appointment with the borrower at a convenient time and mode of Discussion.
Verification of Identity and Documents: At the start of the meeting, we verify the borrower’s identity and review the required documents, such as government-issued identification, proof of address, and income statements.
Discussion of Personal and Financial Information: We also ask borrower questions about their personal and financial situation, including their employment status, income, expenses, debt, and credit history.
Clarification of Information: During the discussion, we also clarify any information provided on the loan application or seek supporting documents.
Assessment of Loan Suitability: Based on the information gathered, we assess the suitability of the loan for the borrower’s financial situation and may make recommendations accordingly.
